IPI-10 is designed to measure the dissipation factor (tan delta) and capacity of high-voltage insulation C at maintenance, repair, adjustment, testing of different power objects both on the place of their installation and in laboratories as well as for measurement the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various insulating materials.

IPI-10 is made in accordance with the requirements of GOST 22261 for electronic measuring devices Group 4.
